Submitting your registration form constitutes an agreement on your part to accept the following terms and conditions.
If you are registering as a merchant, you agree you understand that there are fees applicable to using our payment system to receive payments for your business. You agree to pay the registration fees on our platform if applicable at the date of your registration.
Registration Confirmation & Updates
You will receive your registration confirmation and account activation info by email or phone. Please ensure that either detail is entered correctly on the registration form. Be sure to check your junk email box to in case any of our email(s) are caught by spam filters.
You also agree to receive occassional important information or updates relating to your account with us by email or phone. You are also adviced to always check our blog occassionally so you do not miss any updates or new information.
Transfers & Withdrawals
You may transfer credit to other members and specify who should pay for transfer charges. Please kindly note that all transfers and transfer charges are non-refundable.
You may also withdraw money from your account credits/balance to any of your bank account(s). All requests will be processed within 24 hours for a fixed N100 charge or within an expedited 2 hours for a slightly higher charge. Please note that we reserve the rights to change the charges or duration for expedited withdrawals at any time.
Cancellations & Refunds
We do not cancel funds transferred from your account directly. If you need to cancel a transfer you mistakenly made to a merchant, you must resolve with the merchant individually and only contact us by email if you believe the merchant is fraudent.
If refunds are eventually made, they will be transferred to your accounts credit and you will be able to reuse this for further transactions on our platform.
Attendees are responsible for securing their own travel and accommodation and making payment for such. Cancellation of hotel reservations and/or any travel expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of each individual. SOTA does not make any guarantees or in any way warrant the conference hotel, other conference venues, or any form of transportation.
Secapay is not responsible for errors or omissions.
